Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our team at Here We Flo. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medium-to-long-term demand planning strategies to ensure our processes, systems, and tools can support our growth plans and enable us to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support the sales team in developing accurate demand forecasts for our product lines in all key retailers and markets.

* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the most accurate view of expected sales is always available, including facilitating monthly Forecast Review workshops with sales account managers to gain consensus on expected demand.

* Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain colleagues to develop effective customer supply relationships, incorporating key customer input.

* Contribute to the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring effective reporting of demand planning KPIs.

* Support commercial functions as the team's forecasting expert and data analyst, providing insights and recommendations to increase forecast accuracy.

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar Demand Planning role is essential.

* Experience of working in other areas of Supply Chain is also desirable.

* Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result.

* Understanding and commercial awareness of the total supply chain, including supply planning and customer supply chain teams.

* An advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
