Senior Program Manager, Supply Chain Strategy - EU Heavy Bulky & Services

Salary Estimate: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum

The Amazon EU Heavy Bulky and Services team seeks a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the optimization of the EU Heavy Bulky Retail Supply Chain. As a key member, you will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive Supply Chain vision across all EU marketplaces.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a strategic Supply Chain plan to optimize existing structures and drive significant impact across the company.
  • Process Implementation: Design and implement processes to drive adoption and efficiency across a large organization, ensuring seamless integration and sustained improvements.
  • Expert Influencer: Leverage your expertise to navigate a matrix organization, managing stakeholders at all levels and fostering collaboration and alignment.
A Day in the Life

Your responsibilities will include driving the Heavy Bulky Retail Supply Chain strategy to the next level across EU, overseeing and influencing the strategic management of the EU5 Heavy Bulky Supply Chain, and representing Retail when defining an inventory strategy.

You will work closely with operations partners to shape long-term collaboration and goal setting, defining key focus areas for collaboration and helping to establish the strategic direction of the EU Heavy Bulky Supply Chain.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
