About the Role
Our company, 'Good Hair Day', is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in London (Soho). This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to lead the commercial finance function within our UK & Ireland Business Unit, driving business growth and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience gained across Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, and Management Accounting, with a good grounding in Financial Accounting. Previous experience in an FMCG or retail business is essential, as well as a proven track record of effectively supporting and influencing stakeholders and providing a full ‘business partnering service’.

What You'll Do
  • You will partner with the UK&I Leadership Team members to provide strategic guidance and support on commercial planning, trading activity, and P&L management.
  • You will support the UK&I Heads of Sales for eCommerce & Premium Retail on trading decisions, commercial planning, and P&L management.
  • You will collaborate with Commercial Teams on P&L and Profitability modelling for discussions with third-party retailers.
  • You will manage the UK&I Digital Media Budget alongside the Marketing & Commercial teams to ensure adherence to budgets, correct allocation of spend, and post-campaign ROI analysis.
Requirements
  • A university degree and/or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with supporting professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience gained across Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, and Management Accounting, with a good grounding in Financial Accounting.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG or retail business is essential, as well as a proven track record of effectively supporting and influencing stakeholders and providing a full ‘business partnering service’.
