Role Overview

We Are With You is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality recovery care to individuals and families affected by substance misuse. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans
  • Provide regular check-ins and progress updates to clients, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with other social care providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organizational standards and guidelines

Requirements
  • Experience working in a health and social care setting, preferably in substance misuse or family support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Results-driven and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
