We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Therapeutic Support Manager to lead our new service providing high-quality care and support to children with EBD and challenging behaviours in the Wirral area.

About the role:
  • Register with OFSTED as the manager of the home
  • Work closely with the Registered Inspector to ensure the home is effective in supporting young people
  • We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and drive excellence in therapeutic support.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and dedication, with the ability to connect with those they meet and build meaningful working relationships.
  • The successful candidate will have direct knowledge of Ofsted expectations and regulatory requirements, with a track record of success in senior roles.
  • The role involves recruiting and managing a skilled staff team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • We are passionate about promoting independence and life skills for our young people, ensuring their safety and well-being underpins every decision.
  • Manage the home's operational finances effectively.
  • Oversee referrals and transitions to ensure seamless care continuity.
  • This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent career prospects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant residential childcare role
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role requiring staff supervision and management in a care setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
  • A full UK driving licence
Salary and Benefits:
  • Up to £60,000 per annum
  • + 10% KPI-based bonuses
