Job Summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the office, including records and file management, employee in- and out-processing, and correspondence drafting and routing.
  • Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs.
  • Support the field office chief in scheduling and travel planning.
  • Coordinate conference room bookings and maintain office equipment and supply inventory.
  • Manage government timecard programs and receipt and routing of office mail/correspondence.
  • Assist in the execution of office training programs and manage task management systems.

Requirements

  • Two years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Environment

  • This is an in-office position with no unusual hazards.
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Constant sitting while using a computer.
  • Constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents.
  • Constant use of speech/hearing abilities to communicate.
  • Constant mental alertness.
