The Job:
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading workshops and field service teams, with a proven track record of driving business growth through efficiency improvements. You will be responsible for overseeing daily scheduling, providing technical support, and liaising with the service team to implement efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and upskill the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee daily scheduling, ensuring timely breakdowns and servicing
  • Provide technical support to customers, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Liaise with the service team to identify and implement efficiency improvements

What We Offer:
In addition to a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, mobile phone, remote working possibilities, company-wide bonus scheme (upon completion of 6 month probationary period), 28 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, and on-site parking.
