We are seeking an experienced Lift Manager to join our team at Stannah, a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company with a rich history dating back to 1867.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals as a Lift Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lift Manager or Lift Engineer/Stairlift Engineer looking to progress into a management role.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Planning Stairlift Engineer workloads efficiently">
  • Managing absence, performance, and appraisals for the team">
  • Evaluating and implementing risk assessments and method statements">
  • Maintaining relationships with customers, addressing queries and complaints, and managing credit control logs and CRM">
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety procedures">
  • Leading a team of skilled Stairlift Engineers">

Requirements

">

We require a candidate with previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills. Relevant technical or management qualifications would be beneficial.

What We Offer
