At ePac LLC, we are seeking a skilled Packaging Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining pouch making machines, converting laminated films into high-quality pouches that meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. This role is based in Brackley, UK, and involves working 40 hours per week on a shift system, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to cover 24/7 shifts.

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 to £37,000 per annum, plus benefits including 22 days holiday, pension, and shift enhancements. Our core values include exceptional customer service, customer growth, and sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Determining machine adjustments and material requirements based on job specifications and previous run data
  • Observing machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunction
  • Measuring workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation
  • Performing quality testing on products produced
  • Performing minor machine maintenance
  • Assisting with stacking, marking, packing, and transporting finished boxes
