Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contributions.

About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and flexible individual to support people with autism in various activities, promoting independence, work/education, and leisure participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users
  • Support individuals in daily living activities
  • Encourage engagement in work/education and leisure activities

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of autism and related support strategies
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including unsocial hours and weekends
  • NISCC registration or willingness to register
  • Full UK driving license for manual vehicles held for at least one year
