About the Role: As an Autism Outreach Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities: You will develop and maintain relationships with service users, support them in daily living activities, and encourage engagement in work/education and leisure activities.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of autism and related support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including unsocial hours and weekends
  • NISCC registration or willingness to register
  • Full UK driving license for manual vehicles held for at least one year
