Specialist Care Worker Autism Focus

As a Support Worker at Autism Initiatives Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism.
You will work alongside individuals to help them achieve their goals, promote independence, and enhance their overall well-being.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and contribute to the delivery of excellent services.
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individuals in daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
- Assisting individuals in accessing work/education and leisure activities
- Developing and implementing person-centred plans to meet individual needs
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and experience in care and/or support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including unsocial hours and weekends
- NISCC registration or ability to register upon appointment
