Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Worker to join our team at Autism Initiatives Group, working closely with individuals with autism to provide tailored services.

This role involves supporting individuals in daily living, accessing work/education, and leisure activities, while being flexible to work on a rota basis that includes unsocial hours and weekends.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with autism and enjoy an enhanced range of benefits.

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals in daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties
  • Assisting individuals in accessing work/education and leisure activities
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals

Requirements:

  • Working or voluntary experience in care and/or support
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including unsocial hours and weekends
  • NISCC registration or ability to register upon appointment
  • Full UK driving licence for at least one year
