Key Responsibilities- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Supervising and leading the shift team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Ensuring that residents' needs are met and that their rights are respected
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- An L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
