About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team in Hythe, Southampton. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced care team to deliver personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation, as well as supporting them in engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental health. You will also have the opportunity to participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
