We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our client, a global manufacturing company in Newport. This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the business through effective people management.

About the Role:

  • Manage the employee life cycle, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.
  • Lead initiatives around employee development, including training and coaching programs.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on Employee Relations (ER) matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive best practice in HR operations.
  • Coach and support managers to enhance their skills and confidence in managing employees.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives, through various channels.

Key Requirements:

  • A highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor ready to step up into a challenging leadership role.
  • Location: Newport City Centre, with flexible work arrangements (1 day per week from home once fully trained)
  • Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
