We are a global recruitment agency working with manufacturing companies to find talented individuals who can drive business success. Our client, based in Newport City Centre, is seeking an HR Systems Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

This role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the business through effective people management.

  • Managing the employee life cycle from recruitment to separation
  • Leading initiatives around employee development, including training and coaching
  • Providing expert advice to managers on Employee Relations (ER) matters
  • Overseeing recruitment to attract and secure top talent for key roles
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to drive best practice and compliance
  • Coaching and supporting managers to enhance their skills and confidence in managing employees
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal standards

The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing sector or another fast-paced environment, hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum, plus benefits, including flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
