Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Technical Assistant. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to our clients, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of hardware and software. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
This role is 100% office-based and requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Setting up and configuring mobile devices, laptops, and desktops

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Essential skills include:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals

Salary:
