Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our Data Entry team in a busy Client Accounts department based in our Wimborne office. The role requires processing a high volume of supplier invoices for a diverse range of clients and is an integral part of the team which feeds into the formal bookkeeping and accounts system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of incoming supplier invoices with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise with Savills property managers and external suppliers as required, dealing with any queries and maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times
  • Assist with the optimisation of the automated invoice processing system and operate accordingly
  • Perform other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time

  • Self-motivation and commitment, with a proactive and organised approach
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Able to work flexibly and provide cover for colleagues when required
Team Overview
