Accounts Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to contribute to our Data Entry team within a dynamic Client Accounts department. Your primary focus will be processing incoming supplier invoices and optimizing the automated invoice processing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with property managers and suppliers to resolve queries and ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Contribute to the optimization of our automated system, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining workflows.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team.
