Job Overview
Savills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Data Entry team in a busy Client Accounts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries
- Assist with the optimization of our automated invoice processing system to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and contribute to the success of the department
