Job Description

As the Assistant Director, Communities, you will leverage your expertise and leadership skills to foster a high-performing team at our centre. Your primary objective will be to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operations, while expanding your network of relationships with children, families, and educators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Utilize your experience and leadership qualities to motivate and engage your centre team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and engage in local community networks to promote the centre's values and mission.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the centre team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance centre operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for children and families.
