Claims Service Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Claims Service Analyst to join our team at MS Amlin. As a Claims Service Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Delegated Authority Bordereaux Manager in the management and oversight of the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process for claims, premium, and risk bordereaux for the entire Delegated Authority portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Delegated Authority Bordereaux Manager in the management and oversight of the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment, and mapping process.
- Work with our service partner Genpact to deliver market-leading levels of service and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the processing of risk, premium, and claims bordereaux into BDX for lead and follow binders.
- Manage systems and processes to monitor and measure service provision.
- Work with our service partner Genpact to ensure all potential breaches are raised and resolved.
- Final escalation point for any outstanding bordereaux and data issues to the Delegated Authority Committee.
- Escalation point for issues in relation to the reconciliation of financial records between bordereaux, TRAX, and source systems.
