Job Title: Part-time Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and flexible part-time support worker to join our team at UKCIL. The successful candidate will provide support to a child with complex needs, assisting with daily tasks, errands, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support the child with daily activities, such as swimming, trampolining, and care farm visits
  • Drive the household car and push a wheelchair as needed
  • Provide direct support to the child at home or in the community

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • UK clean driving license holder with car
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Basic knowledge/experience in children with trauma, neurodiversity, or de-escalating challenging behavior (desirable)
