We are seeking a reliable and flexible part-time support worker to join our team at UKCIL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to a child with complex needs, including assistance with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and general tidying up
  • Prepare and cook meals for the child and their family
  • Support the child with social activities, such as swimming, trampolining, and care farm visits
  • Drive the household car and push a wheelchair as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the child and their family
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with complex needs
  • UK clean driving license holder with car
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Basic knowledge/experience in children with trauma, neurodiversity, or de-escalating challenging behaviour (desirable)
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.00
