Job Summary:

As an Educational Assistant in an SEN setting, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to reach their full potential. This rewarding opportunity involves working closely with teachers, promoting learning and development, and providing individualized support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in an SEN setting
  • Work closely with teachers to promote learning and development
  • Provide individualized support to students

Requirements:

  • Experience as a SEND TA or in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or minimum 6 months experience in an educational establishment
