Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing leadership and work with the Matron to enhance nursing practice and strategy
- Manage the department and be responsible for ensuring 24-hour cover for the service
- Facilitate evidence-based care and act as a clinical expert at ward level
- Support and implement changes to clinical practice in the area
You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to promote a collaborative approach to caring for acutely unwell patients and will embrace the challenge of working in a busy and challenging environment. If you have a strong focus on patient care, proven leadership skills, and are able to work inter-professionally across boundaries, we would like to hear from you.
