Job Description

As a self-employed swim teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to Club members while promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging swimming lessons that cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Build strong relationships with members and maintain open communication channels.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and techniques.
Requirements
  • A Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent is required.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and a strong desire to help others achieve their goals is essential.
Estimated Salary: £28-38 per hourWhat We Offer
