About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Manager. As a key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective tenancy sustainment strategies to support residents in maintaining their tenancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, community groups, and local stakeholders to promote community development and resident engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an efficient and effective housing management service, meeting key performance indicators in relation to voids and arrears.
  • Identify and respond promptly to resident needs and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address complex resident issues and promote sustainable communities.
About The Candidate
