Night Support Worker

We are seeking a calm and resourceful individual to provide person-centred care and support to young adults with learning disabilities in our Hall Lane supported living service in Leeds.

The successful candidate will have skills in positive communication and engagement, and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, as well as administrative duties as directed by the manager.

You will be working independently during the night with minimal support, so it is essential that you are able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and make decisions in a proactive manner.

The service has the benefits of being situated on the edge of the countryside overlooking the local golf course, with easy access to commute to the centre of Leeds.

We offer 20 hours per week and provide relevant training including accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy.

As a Night Support Worker, you will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota and will have the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
