Smartcall Healthcare Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Deputy Home Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in our care homes.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead a team of nurses and care staff to deliver excellent care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and maintain accurate care records
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the care home


Requirements:


  • Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with a valid NMC pin
  • Experience of working as a Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse in a care home setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of care standards and regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
