Transport Solutions Specialist

Sustainable Transport Solutions at Volvo Group
Renault Trucks, a leading brand within Volvo Group, is seeking a skilled professional to join our Central Retail and Warranty team. Our team is dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable transport solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the Network's Vehicle Warranty Administration and Claim Systems.
- Resolving invoice queries and ensuring accurate completion of Technicians' paperwork to maximize profitability.
- Liaising with the Parts department regarding materials to be discarded and effectively monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
- Occasional Saturday morning work at month-end if the workload dictates.
Requirements:
- HGV / LCV Technician qualification.
- Comprehensive experience in service, warranty, and contract roles.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the heavy vehicle workshop environment.
- Full working knowledge of warranty and contract systems.
