As a Parts Telesales Advisor at Volvo Group, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation. We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of making modern life possible.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for taking calls from customers enquiring about parts, locating and raising invoices across all depots to facilitate a seamless collection service. Additionally, you'll prospect for new sales from current and potential customers, providing them with information about our goods, services, and current promotions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls with the highest level of customer service, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Prospect current and potential parts customers, educating them about our products and services.
  • Liaise with ASEs to introduce them to potential account customers, fostering strong relationships.
  • Discuss the use and features of various parts with customers, ensuring they find the right solutions.
  • Process parts orders in line with company processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Raise parts quotes on enquiries, providing transparent and competitive pricing.
  • Liaise with Depot parts teams to ensure customer expectations are met, driving satisfaction.
  • Discuss any service or stock concerns with Depot Managers, resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving Licence, enabling you to work effectively with depot teams.
  • Experience in customer-facing positions within vehicle parts, showcasing your expertise.
  • Sales and target-driven mindset, aiming to exceed performance goals.
  • Influencing others to buy additional parts, leveraging your interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner, building trust with customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels, both written and verbally, within and outside the organization.
  • Numerical ability to work with part numbers, ensuring accuracy.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining high standards.
  • IT Literate, working seamlessly within company processes and systems.
  • Ability to work without supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
  • Team Player, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
