IT Trainer Role

This is a brand-new opportunity to support the strategic objectives of a professional services firm through the design, development, and delivery of in-house training solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the creation of bespoke training projects, presenting to stakeholders of all technical abilities, and delivering training on commonly used programs and in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help deliver the IT Training Strategy as part of a team
  • Develop and maintain course materials and training documents
  • Deliver training on complex systems and in-house applications
  • Work with the support team to capture training issues and produce knowledge
  • Design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions
Core Skills and Experience:
  • Ideal experience in a similar IT Training role
  • Experience providing training on complex systems
  • Passion for learning and development
  • Strong technical knowledge of multiple software applications
  • Up-to-date knowledge of desktop applications and systems
  • Legal sector experience beneficial
