The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with their learning, development, and progress. Your responsibilities will include:

-Supporting students with a range of needs, including PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism to achieve their educational and personal goals
-Developing a greater understanding of Special Education issues and demonstrating the values of Aurora in all aspects of the role
-Providing high-quality support in all aspects of the role

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

-A Level 2 TA qualification, or equivalent
-Previous experience working or volunteering with children, especially those with SEND
-A caring and empathetic nature
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
