Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team at The Scotsman Group - Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our social media channels, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our followers, increase interactions, and improve pre-booked sales and revenue.
- Work closely with our Operations team and in-house photographer and videographer to ensure high-quality content that showcases our venues and services.
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and professional social media content, including graphics and videos.
- Develop and implement a schedule of photography and videography using our in-house resources, ensuring content is of the highest quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborators to promote our brand and services.
- Contribute to the development of our social media plan, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing results.
- A degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field (HND equivalent considered).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing and the latest trends and tools.
- Excellent creative and technical skills, including graphic design and video production.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
