Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team at The Scotsman Group - Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our social media channels, ensuring our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our followers, increase interactions, and improve pre-booked sales and revenue.
- Work closely with our Operations team and in-house photographer and videographer to ensure high-quality content that showcases our venues and brand.
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and professional social media content, including graphics and videos.
- Develop and implement a schedule of photography and videography using our in-house resources, ensuring content is of the highest quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborators to enhance our social media presence.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key projects, including influencer marketing and competition strategies.
- A degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field (HND equivalent considered).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing and the latest trends and tools.
- Excellent creative and technical skills, with the ability to capture and create high-quality photos and videos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, including Instagram and TikTok.
