Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team at The Scotsman Group - Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our social media channels, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our online presence and engage with our audience
- Collaborate with our operations team and in-house photographer/videographer to create high-quality content that showcases our venues and services
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our content strategy and optimize our online presence
- Work with our design team to create visually appealing graphics and templates for our social media content
- Develop and implement influencer marketing and competition strategies to drive engagement and increase our online presence
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing and the latest trends and tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand values
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Experience with graphic design software, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
