Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in designing and developing Semiconductors.
  • Manage design projects for internal product developments and external clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics to drive business growth.
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline or physics.
  • Extensive engineering experience within the semiconductor industry, particularly in RF & mmWave technologies.
  • Experience of project and/or line management in a commercial environment.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
