The Cambridge GaN Devices company is a fabless semiconductor firm that develops energy-efficient GaN-based power devices to make greener electronics possible.

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and strengthen our product marketing function. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Customers.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the 650 V GaN power transistors and ICs portfolio on a global scale. You will collaborate with the business development team and sales organization to share revenue targets.

You will also initiate new product development by creating specific business cases and identifying market opportunities for targeted markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive).

A key aspect of this role is understanding and analyzing the competitive landscape, leading benchmarking activities, and owning competitor and market analysis, working closely with the AE team.

  • Demonstrable industry experience in product marketing and/or product management
  • Understanding of marketing 'funnel' and capable of relating this to needs during the customer journey
  • Demonstrable high-level technical understanding of power semiconductors and main power converters/systems
