We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Semiconductor Design Team in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RF & mmWave technologies and a proven track record in project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge semiconductor products.
  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company policies.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
