Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Software Developer

IQ Endoscopes Ltd. is seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for our medical endoscopy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software for our range of endoscopic equipment
  • Develop and enhance our embedded control software, image processing system, GUI, and peripheral interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs
  • Design software with a focus on usability and reliability for end-users
  • Generate comprehensive design packages for inclusion in the DHF and risk management file to facilitate transfer to production and submission to regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline
  • Solid foundation for good software development practices: design, coding standards, version control, bug/issue tracking, risk analysis, peer review, testing, traceability
  • Familiarity with IEC 62304, knowledge of FDA software documentation requirement
  • Experience with programming languages such as C, C++
  • Experienced in deploying applications to embedded RTOS such as Linux and FreeRTOS
  • Capable of developing multi-threaded software on real-time embedded devices
  • Familiarity with usability concepts required to design graphical user interfaces for medical environments
  • Experience using unit test frameworks
  • Experience with software lifecycle tools such as Git, Perforce etc.
