Pro4orm People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and work with a medium-sized Pharma company in the Women's Health sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow customer relationships
  • Provide expert knowledge of the company's product portfolio and therapy areas to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of the Women's Health sector and its key trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Science graduate or equivalent, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its key principles
