About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at H Squared Talent. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Travel throughout the UK and internationally to visit customers and attend trade shows, on average 30% of the time
Requirements
  • Experience in managing and growing key accounts, with a good commercial mindset
  • Experience in a technical or scientific industry, to be comfortable discussing products
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and any necessary visas
