Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Loyalty and CRM Strategist to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work closely with our data and digital marketing teams to continuously optimise data insights and utilise Loyalty & CRM platforms to create increasingly relevant and personalised consumer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing a brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Managing the execution of all loyalty marketing plans, including project calendar management and promotional direction updates
  • Performing in-depth target audience research and executing data-driven customer segmentation to customise loyalty programmes
  • Developing and co-managing the annual business plan and roadmap for CRM, focusing on developing growth to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Ongoing optimisation of Loyalty & CRM platforms to create engaging comms, promos, and experiences
  • Utilising insight, campaign analysis, and customer feedback to optimise CRM plans, delivering positive campaign performance and greater customer retention/reactivation

About You

  • Proven experience with CRM marketing campaigns, processes, tactics, and promotions planning and execution
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing customer strategy and segmentation programmes with commercial impact
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools for reporting, campaign management, marketing automation, and personalisation
  • Experience gained within fast-paced retail environments with complex customer data
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills

This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home. The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum.
