About the Role
Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our service users in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to our service users, including promoting a peaceful environment for restful sleep, tending to personal care, and administering clinical interventions.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our service users and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that our service users receive the best possible care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and a minimum of 12 months' experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting, including experience with TPN administration, central lines, and enteral feeds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
