About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Senior Residential Children's Practitioner in a leading children's home provider, Pin Point Health & Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to young people, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being at all times. This will include developing and implementing individualised care plans, reviewing and updating care plans, risk assessments (RAMPs), and Positive Behaviour Plans, and collaborating with other practitioners to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Experience: Recent experience of working in a children's homes environment.
  • Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum.
