Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Dr Mirza & Partners. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide comprehensive support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including scanning hospital letters, processing referrals, and managing stock orders.
  • Process repeat prescriptions and acute scripts, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Provide holiday cover for reception staff at both sites, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
  • Perform other administrative duties as allocated by the Practice Manager or GP's.
Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to members of the primary health care team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Process reports, patient letter requests, SARs, and other administrative tasks, utilizing IGPR and other relevant systems.
  • Manage billing and invoices, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Process orders and payments, utilizing PCSE and L&D Hospital systems.
Confidentiality

In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with sensitive information. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will respect patient confidentiality and maintain the highest standards of discretion.

Health & Safety

You will assist in promoting and maintaining the health, safety, and security of yourself and others, adhering to our practice's Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
