Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Client Services Team, offering a unique chance for career advancement to an Account Manager and ultimately Account Director for a driven candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Client Services team with administration and campaign coordination tasks, including quoting clients, booking mailing campaigns, handling daily queries, and maintaining Salesforce and Tharstern accuracy.
  • Liaise with the AD, AM, Data Team, and Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate mailing delivery.
  • Utilize initiative to enhance client experience and support revenue growth within the team.
  • Maintain and develop knowledge within the mail and post industry to drive personal progression.
  • Adept a proactive approach to work processes and procedures, identifying areas of improvement to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of mailing fulfilment services and UK and International postal services (training provided).
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tharstern MIS systems (training provided).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package: Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word is required.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Exhibit a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, motivation, flexibility, and desire to learn and improve, with ownership and responsibility for career progression and team performance.
