About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our PMO team at NCFE. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our processes and driving positive changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs, translating complex problems into clear and actionable requirements.
  2. Map out and document current business processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of systems and processes, and create a vision for future improvements that align with project and strategic goals.
  3. Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and work closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure requirements are fully understood, prioritized, and ready for development.
  4. Challenge assumptions to ensure proposed changes and improvements are strategically aligned with our long-term business goals.
Requirements
  1. Experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
  2. Proven ability to lead workshops, present ideas, and achieve consensus on solutions from a range of stakeholders.
  3. Experience of working on multiple, concurrent projects and systems with positive outcomes.
  4. Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and develop effective working relationships at varying levels of seniority.
